Return Policy
All returns are
subject to incoming inspection. Returned product must be in resalable
condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Product cartons/bags cannot
be marked or altered. Product seals cannot be broken.
Non-warranty
returns or returns resulting from TSI’s error (or manufacturer's error) of
unused and resalable products for credit will be subject to TSI's return
policies in effect at the time. For any return that is not a result of TSI or
manufacturer error, a restock fee is applicable on any approved return or
returns. Product returns must be made within 90 days of purchase (invoice)
date.
Configurable
components and special-order items are not returnable, unless as a result of manufacturing
defect or TSI/manufacturer error.
For items regularly stocked at
TSI, a 15% restocking fee will apply when a corresponding replacement order of
equal or greater value is not placed within one business day of RMA request.
For items returned to the
manufacturer, either the manufacturer’s restocking fee or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater,
will apply.
A 15% processing fee may apply to
RMA requests that are determined to be ineligible for credit.
