Cyber Sale – Terms & Conditions

Cyber Sale Dates: Monday, December 1, 2025 – Friday, December 5, 2025

Eligible Channels: Online orders placed through the TSI Solutions website (www.tsisolutions.us)

1. Online Orders Only
Discounts apply exclusively to orders placed through the TSI Solutions e-commerce website. Phone orders, emailed purchase orders, in-person orders, or orders placed through sales representatives are not eligible. Order value must be at least $100 prior to applying discount.

2. Single-Use Discount Code
Cyber Sale discount codes may be used one time per customer account. Codes cannot be reused on subsequent orders, split across multiple orders, or applied retroactively.

3. Maximum Discount Cap — $1,000
The total discount applied to any single order during the Cyber Sale will be capped at $1,000, regardless of order size or discount code used.

4. Eligible Products
Most regularly stocked items qualify. Certain products may be excluded based on manufacturer restrictions, availability constraints, or contractual pricing obligations.

5. Existing Customer Pricing
Customers who already receive special or contract pricing may not receive additional discounts on top of existing pricing programs if prohibited by manufacturer policy. TSI will honor the Cyber Sale discount where allowable and within the $1,000 discount limit.

6. Account Registration Requirement (if applicable)
Some promotional discounts may require the customer to be registered and logged into a TSI web account at the time of purchase. Guest checkout may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

7. No Price Adjustments
Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases or open orders placed before the promotion period.

8. Taxes & Shipping
Discounts apply to product totals only. Shipping, taxes, and other fees are excluded.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel
TSI Solutions may modify or cancel the promotion at any time due to system issues, misuse, or circumstances beyond company control.
